My name is Susan Patrick and I've been creating web sites in Cincinnati since the dawn of time... ummm ok, since 1994 ;)I take on 2 clients at a time (preferably local), and provide UI design, usability testing, user centered design, web site revamping, search engine optimization (SEO), graphic design, high-fidelity protypes, online applications, monthly updates, e-Bay listings (high-end only) and photography services.

I am a certified usability analyst (CUA), and I am a strong advocate for the web user. There is often a disparity between what the business thinks the user wants and what the user really wants. I strive to satisfy both the business and user, leading to a satisfying web experience.
