Hello! My name is Susan Patrick and I've been creating web sites in Cincinnati since 1994. I specialize in UI design, usability testing, user centered design and high-fidelity protypes.

I am a certified usability analyst (CUA), and I am a strong advocate for the web user. There is often a disparity between what the business thinks the user wants and what the user really wants. I strive to satisfy both the business and user, leading to a satisfying web experience.

I am interested in moving West in the next year or two and will be pursuing a new position in UI Design or Usability Testing.
